Truth-in-Lending Statements
The new Initial and Final Truth-In-Lending (TIL) statements will be required when disclosing any DPA loan originated on or after June 1, 2019. These TILs will replace the current Loan Estimate (LE) and Closing Disclosure (CD) documents. The LE/CD will not be acceptable forms of DPA disclosure on the loans originated after the above referenced date.

DPA Loans Originated Prior to June 1, 2019: If you have begun the transaction by issuing an Initial LE you must continue to use the LE/CD documents throughout the lending and closing process. These documents will continue to be available on the Lender’s Resource page.

Lender Training
Approved Participating Lender's staff shall complete all required NJHMFA training, and any training required by any Agency authorized designee and/or vendor, prior to being authorized to originate loans. The Participating Lender must send an email to SFLenders@njhmfa.gov to schedule training.
