Whether you have missed payments or feel that you may soon miss a payment because your mortgage is no longer affordable to you, you need to take action immediately.

Step 1: Contact your mortgage servicer to discuss your options. Ask to be considered for any available federal or state programs.
Step 2: Contact a local housing counseling agency from the list below and get no-cost help. 
Step 3: Together, you will find the solution that is best for you

Remember, there is NEVER a fee for foreclosure prevention help!
